The Bold, the Powerful, and the Invisible

Came across an article by Peter M. Senge of MIT center for organizational learning research. He talks about how building learning organizations actually requires three prong effort from Local line leaders, Executive leaders and most importantly the internal networkers - The Bold, the powerful and the invisible.

As per Peter, "there is no substitute for commitment in bringing about deep change. No one can force another person to learn if the learning involves deep changes in beliefs and attitudes and fundamental new ways of thinking and acting." Here is the link to the complete article.
